Our story
Born from a deep commitment to making evidence-based wellness accessible, PAO Apothecary was created to fill a critical gap in the well-being industry. As a self-care enthusiast with a background in public health and epidemiology, I’ve learned that small, intentional habits are the key to developing lasting ones. That’s why I made it my mission to create a safe space for black women to embrace radical self-care—because wellness isn’t a luxury, it’s a public health necessity.
What began as handcrafted products for my own self-care rituals has grown into a mission to empower others on their well-being journeys. Every product and content we share is rooted in science, transparency, and the belief that you deserve to feel nourished—in mind, body, and spirit.
